Why You Should Book On Our Website
Our appointment schedules are uptodate and accurate if you book via www.srwomenchildrenspecialists.com.my
Avoid booking via organisational websites which have internal referral quotas or booking algorithms that may redirect patients to other consultants to balance workloads or meet internal KPIs. This can make certain consultants appear unavailable even when they have open slots.
What should I do if I can’t find an online appointment slot?
Sometimes our online booking system shows “Fully Booked” when slots are reserved or being confirmed.
You can:
-
Contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone — we often have additional in-clinic or standby slots available.
-
Leave your details and our team will reach out to confirm the earliest available time.
We appreciate your understanding as we manage daily appointments carefully to ensure every patient is attended to.
What if my case is urgent or I’m in pain but there are no online slots?
Please walk in or contact us immediately — urgent or emergency cases are given priority regardless of appointment availability.
Your health and safety always come first.
I heard the clinic turns away patients when appointments are full. Is that true?
No — we never turn away patients. At SR Women & Children Specialists, we believe every patient deserves timely care.
Even on our busiest days, our team coordinates closely to ensure that every patient who needs to be seen, will be seen.
We can accommodate up to 200 patients a day across our obstetrics, gynaecology, and paediatrics services.
If online booking slots appear full, please don’t worry — you can still:
